Retirement gave us the perfect opportunity to turn our passions into a rewarding hobby. With olive trees already gracing the landscape and plans for a flourishing garden underway, we’re creating a space that is both beautiful and bountiful. When we first bought the property the olive tress were in dire need of nourishment to start producing olives again. After some much needed trimming and the installation of an irrigation system - this past year we were thrilled to be able to harvest and produce our second small batch of local olive oil. Tending to the land, harvesting olives, and growing fresh ingredients isn’t just fulfilling - it’s a way to stay connected to the nature and rich history of life in Tuscany.
